I mentioned that I had been struggling with a sketch of my main character, Penn Darvel. I drew something up at work today, and think that it is better than what I have now. I am still not 100% pleased, but I believe it is a step in the right direction. Tell me what you think, please.

Is it my turn yet?

He looks a little famished(looking at the midsection here). Perhaps he’s just think, but then his shoulders are a tad wider than they should look. Much better than anything I can draw though.
Keep at it, I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the results soon enough.

Yeah he is awfully thin. I usually draw stronger characters so my default is broad shoulders. Thanks for reading, and for your feedback.

Still looks better than I could do. Maybe I should start trying.

Helps break up the writing, and I have come up with some neat ideas while sketching out my characters as well.

I think you meant to say, “When I was off the clock, on my lunch, I drew something.” Haha

I like it.
I would agree on the midsection, as well as it looks a bit… to wrinkly.
Also the hands a a bit big, but could be overlooked.
Otherwise it is great and I textually applaud it!

Thank you! I agree that the middle got funny on me.
